Stephanie

Stephanie is a 14-year-old violinist. She is an 8th grader at Brunswick Junior High. (at BJHS the 8th graders are top-dogs!) Steph is an honors student who sings in chorus. She was also featured as a soloist on her violin, playing Amazing Grace with the chorus this fall.

She has played in orchestra for about 4 or 5 years.

Stephanie loves sports. She plays on the field hockey team and also plays softball.

About a month ago Stephanie got a new violin. It is a beautiful hand made violin, which was crafted by Brunswick Violinmaker Tim Johnson. She also got a new bow and case!

Stephanie has her violin lessons at 7:00 in the morning at Nancy's house. She is always wide awake and cheerful...and of course ready to work hard.

This past October Stephanie cut her lovely long hair to give to an organization called "Locks for Love." This group makes wigs from real hair to be given to children going through chemotherapy treatments. (What a great thing to do Steph!!)

Stephanie loves chatting on line with her friends, Chinese food and traveling. She has been to Egypt (she had a ride on a real camel) and Europe.

Steph lives in Brunswick with her Mom and Dad and 12-year-old sister Abby.

In the fall she hopes to attend the Middlesex School or Cheverus High School.
